• Trip details: pickup and drop locations, travel date and time, vehicle type, number of passengers and any special requests.
• Payment details: fare amount and payment method (cash, UPI or bank transfer). We do not store your card numbers, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
• Messages: anything you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or our contact form.
• Technical data: basic information such as browser type, device type, IP address and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

3.How we use your information

• To confirm your booking and assign a driver and vehicle.
• To send booking confirmations, driver details and trip updates by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To calculate fares and share invoices or receipts.

We will only send you offers or promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

• Drivers and vehicle partners: your name, phone number and pickup/drop details, so they can complete your trip.
